“Although the Mass contains much instruction for the faithful, it has nevertheless not seemed expedient to the fathers that it be celebrated everywhere in the vernacular. The holy synod commands pastors and everyone who has the care of souls to explain frequently during the celebration of the Masses, either themselves or through others, some of the things that are read in the Mass, and among other things to expound some mystery of this most Holy Sacrifice, especially on Sundays and feastdays.”

Dire Situation • We Need Donations!
published 24 January 2017 by Jeff Ostrowski

443 Sperabo ATERSHED desperately needs to find approximately 100 more donors ($5.00 per month). Achieving our goals will be impossible otherwise. Partially due to an unexpected bill, we ended up $3,507 in debt at the close of 2016. Here’s an important letter from the President of Watershed.

Please consider donating $5.00 per month:

    * *  Donate • Via Cornerstone

Watershed is a 100% volunteer organization; none of us is paid.

PERHAPS ONE REASON we’re in debt is that … I hate asking for money—even though it’s my duty. So let’s get creative. During 2017, we’ll send a manuscript canvas to anyone willing to donate $500 or more. Choose from among these:

You can see they are gorgeous, from the 13th century:

If you donate $500 or more, please notify us at this address with an eye-catching subject line. Let us know which manuscript canvas you desire.

We encourage you to use Cornerstone (SEE ABOVE) because they take a much lower percentage than PayPal and they’re a Christian company. However, those who like PayPal can still use it. Click here to donate via PayPal or personal check.

                                                          Sincerely yours, in Christ,
