I am in awe of the beautiful music on your site, especially the Extraordinary Goupil Chant site, being born a Goupil myself. I know very few Goupils outside my own immediate family, so it is so uplifting to see the name René Goupil associated with such memorable music. My grandfather was named René Goupil, and St René Goupil himself may be part of my ancestral family – something my father has been trying to determine through the building of our geneology.

This site has personal meaning for me in another way, as I have been singing in church choirs since my adolescent years – many of them with my mother who is a great soprano and I have grown to appreciate such beautiful compositions.

I am thrilled to have discovered this site and have already added it to the top of my favorites list.

Thank you.
